sharing desktop internet to WIFI

I have my Cabled internet on my Desktop and the same cable cannot be used for my laptop as as per my internet provider it is tied to my desktop IP. I want this internet on WIFI so that my laptop and tablets can use it also. Any help will will greatfull

Then how about buying a cheap wifi router and connect that to your ISP. you can then use NAT to connect as many devices as you want

You may have to give them the MAC address of your new router as they may tie that address to providing you a service

Do you not have a home router that you connect to the Internet?
Most Internet providers give you a small box that connects to your Internet. This box has 4 plugs in the back that you can connect wired devices to and it should also have wireless.

No routers ... it is cabled internet which I have to just dial for internet.its a private company giving internet facility(Location is Pune - India)
