looking at one of these 2 for use in gaming, maybe the 3570 as well, and streaming mainly will be playing FFXIV: ARR. Which do you think would be best?

Solution
I run FFXIV ARR on my 3770k and its completely flawless. Never had a single problem running any game on ultra settings so far with this processor. FFXIV ARR is a lot more GPU intensive than CPU though and does tend to put my GTX670 at 100% usage most of the time. Fully recommend the 3770k, just make sure your GPU is up to scratch too!

So would say go higher than the GTX670 since it runs at 100% does that mess with your picture after prolonged use? also is that with high settings?

I run everything at ultra settings so full antialiasing etc and although FFXIV ARR is happy to run it, the GPU does sit at 100% usage while doing it. Theres no negative affects of doing so, the display is still fine/frame rate doesnt suffer, just might help to have more bandwidth available in your card for future proofing. I'd guess the GTX770 or 7970 should handle it relatively easily and should still cost around the same as a 670. Although i guess its not necessary to place everything on max.
