I've never gamed on a PC before, this is my first build and first time gaming on a PC...
Is 50fps good? I know I can just lower the settings to get better FPS but I want to stay on highest settings if possible...

Yeah 50 is good. Basically the pros consider under 30 unplayable. If you stay above 30, you're good. 60 is preferable.
  4. Not extreme settings but definitely High I guess.

The GTX 760 is ranked #8 out of 212 cards... on the High End Video Card Benchmark List...
Surely this is a brilliant card... surely I can get good FPS rates...

You should be able to max settings, imo. You have a fantastic gaming computer.
