Hi,

I'm looking to build a new computer and I'm looking for a good case. I currently have a Xigmatek Elysium but that's probably going to be used to build a separate machine. It's a decent case but I'd like a dust proof case but one that is well built and performs pretty well in terms of cooling.

I realise that the dust proofing may effect that but dust proof is probably more important.

I've looked at the Corsair HAF X as I've heard good things about the HAF range - it's not dust proof but I've seen a DEMCiflex 7 Piece Magnetic Dust Filter Kit which would help me dust proof it but they're £60 and I don't want to end up spending £200 on the case.

Any suggestions would be more than welcome!

Thanks.

There is really no such animal as a dust free computer case. A lot of good case makers include dust filters of some sort but maintenance is just part of the game. The Silverstone FT02 advertised that it was dust free but it's discontinued and expensive. Do what I did, get yourself a Data Vac Duster. It pays for itself in no time when you consider the price of can compressed air. I walked into a CompUsa and found one on sale for $49.99
