Go for GTX 650 TI, its better in performance. A question : what is the PSU make/model ?

I agree with simba, the 650 is more powerfull than the AMD and of a newer tec.
Your PSU is of a good brand, and the rest of your systme does not use much power, so the supply is more than enough.
Have fun

Oh and when you're buying the card, do remember that Some Companies also Overclock the card first , so keep that in mind. this Card is pretty easy to Overclock so I suggest you get a cheaper one wich isn;t Oc - ed , unless the OC - ed one is cheaper

Yes you have enough power to run the card, no problem, go for it. Happy computing and happy gaming.
And one more thing if you have the liberty then increase the RAM by 2GB, so it will be 8GB, and it will be good for gaming. 6GB is good 8GB is better.

No, the CPU is just fine, and won't bottleneck the GPU. And don't forget to plug to 6 pin PCI-E connector from PSU to GPU. Good luck and happy gaming.
