Will gta 5 or gta 4 work on my pc in high settings

Processor : Amd athlon II x2 260 3.2ghz
Ram: 4gb ddr3
Graphics: Radeon hd 7770 1gb ddr5 ghz edition
Motherboard: Gigabyte ultra durable 4
Resolution:1920x1080

CAN I RUN GTA 5 OR GTA 4 IN HIGH SETTINGS:??:

Well considering GTA 5 hasn't even been announced for PC, no computer will be able to play it. GTA 4 on the other hand is available however you will not be able to play it at 1080p in high settings with your current spec.

No GTA was announced to pc at the same time as for console. As always it will be created about 6-8 months after console version release. And its pc requirement should be almost the same as BF4.
For you it is better to buy console. It will be cheaper than new pc from scratch.
