1tb Seagate harddrive

Solution
Well, the CPU will likely struggle with the destruction mechanic in the game, as well as 3D spotting. On low @ 720p you will likely get maximum framerates of around 60-80FPS, averages in the 40's, and lows in the 20s-30s due to CPU limitations. Keep in mind that all this is an estimate, judging by current performance in BF3. I own the A10-5800k, and it struggles. I also own the HD 7850, and the graphics performance is great.

you would also need Windows 8 64 bit for more FPS

That statement is blatantly false. Windows 8 has no gaming benefits over windows 7, other than support for DirectX 11.1, which is why it is under the recommended specs of BF4. However, DX11.1 will likely be reserved for high/ultra settings. It does not apply in this situation. The FX 6300 would be a great upgrade, however you would likely need a new motherboard.
