System Specs:

Amd Athlon IIx4 651k 3.0 ghz
Gigabyte A55-DS2 Micro ATX Mobo
4 GB Corsair 1333mhz Ram
1TB Seasonic HDD 7200 RPM 8MB cache
Sapphire Radeon 6770 HD 800mhz 1200mhz
Diablotek 400w PSU

Error that I am experiencing occurs when I play SW:TOR and Diablo III, when I click to a menu item in game Ex. SWTOR Cartel Market (cash op store) or Bags in Diablo and I click an item to view I get a digital screen tear display. Looks similar to a screen you get when you card has failed. Squars of different colors etc but it isnt the whole screen just like the background behind the item I am clicking. It doesnt happen everytime that I run the game (either one) but usually my first start-up after I exit and come back in it is gone. I am thinking that my video card is not getting enough power since Diablotek PSUs are not the most reliable. Today a Corsair 430M will be arriving but was just curious on what anyone elses take on this was. Thanks.

Additional Note: Games are running in low-medium settings because if i go any higher or tweak my card the tearing images starts to occur.

That is a possibility, but I would think the computer would be prone to randomly restarting or shutting down if you were having a power supply issue. It actually sounds like a problem with the graphics card. Overheating, bad drivers, or bad firmware. That is a DX11 card so it should be compatible with everything. I would start by downloading speedfan and monitoring the temperatures on the GPU and CPU. If either get above 80°C, you are in trouble.

Will do...would you suggest turn up my fan speed in CCC. Or downloading MSI afterburner I keep reading that is a better program. I have had this card for 2 years used it for one then upgraded in my main PC. Thanks for the tip.
