The temps are fine. You are talking about a differential of less than 5 degrees while gaming. Your prime 95 results are under worst stress scenario and perfectly within acceptable range. Tcase is the temp allowed at the heatspreader which means the temp at the processor itself will be higher.
Use the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility to get more accurate readings.
