I have no idea how a modem the internet or any wireless thing works.
(although if it counts for anything i make Minecraft servers without static Ips.)
But for my games lately I've been getting 100+ ping and that's on my best servers
(Arma 2 and Rome Total War)
My Verizon A90-750015- 75 thingy modem is trying to support eight devices. (all apples except my PC which connected via wireless, and my modem is DSL.)
Any ways I really need a new one for 60-120$ so it can handle all these devices with good ms. Also a tutorial on how to setup a modem would really help. My Youtube is only showing me videos it thinks I'd like to see. Thanks in advance!
