[Troubleshooting] Computer restart + BSOD

So I put together my new PC this past weekend, and everything was going swimmingly until in one of my games, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadows of Chernobyl, I tried to change the graphics settings. When I went into "Options", I began hearing a quiet high-pitched noise from the PC. The second I clicked on "Resolution" to change the value, the computer crashed and restarted. The next day, I randomly encountered a BSOD after one of these restarts. This restart now occurs every time I try to play Crysis or change settings in STALKER SoC or Clear Sky. In the error log I'm getting a Kernal-Power error, leading me to suspect a faulty PSU. What are your thoughts? Specs below:
