I have a toshiba satellite L775d-s7220. I turned it off let it sit for a few hours, I came back and turned it on and now I get the "Reboot and Select proper Boot device" message. I do want to loose any of the photos on the hard drive. Please if you can help I would be greatful.

If you have any USB drives connected, remove them as well as any DVDs/CD, reboot and see what happens.
