Add better Fans?

Quick question, I had a Corsair Obsidian 650D case. I'm using stock fans and I'm wondering if I need better fans, I have a GeForce 780, and don't overclock a whole lot.

Your fans are all right. Your GPU comes in either 2 or 3 fans.. Dual or Windforce which are pretty cold when it comes to the GK110 chip thats found on the GTX 780. You GPU I assume gets to temps between 32 when idle and 66 on a LOAD which is totally normal since GPUs run hotter than CPUs.
