Hello, my roommate and I just moved in and we both had internet fine for a while. Now he seems to have limited internet while mine is perfectly fine. He can only connect to spotify. On spotify he can stream music, and see updates live, but if he tries to connect to steam or the internet it fails. Spotify always works. Any idea what could be causing this?
Edit: We've tried switching ports, Ethernet cords ect.
