I made a Cops and Robbers server (Minecraft) but when i spawn i spawn in half an iron box and i have to fly to the map. When everyone else spawns how will i get them to the map? I don't think it's right. I was thinking i screwed up the server but now I'm assuming i have to Teleport them one by one. Any help is appreciated.

Perform a restart of the server, from there fly to where you want the spawn of every new player to be, from there type /setspawn and try /spawn to test it. That should set everyones spawn point to where you just set it. If you are using a bukkit server with permissions, you can download a bukkit plugin from www.bukkit.org .
