So as the title says i'm planning to install a corsair h100i in a CM storm scout II, i don't want to do any modding so my only option is to remove the top and mount it there, my question is, would it be better to have the radiator or the fans on the outside? i was thinking the fans since i don't want the radiator to accumulate any dust and the fans are easier to clean. any advice would be helpful.
