I am not sure what I should get, DD3 1600, 1866 or 2133. It has been a long time since I have built a new PC and done any overclocking. Would I need to do any overclocking for 1866 or 2133 and if so would I need to oc the CPU or increase voltages on the memory?

Thanks,
Chris

i tested some of corsairs vengeance sticks for a seller for them to put up
Metro last light - Very High, SSAA 4x
2400 CAS 11 - 32,7 FPS
1866 CAS 9 - 32,8 FPS
1600 CAS 8 - 32,8 FPS
1600 CAS 9 - 32,4 FPS
1333 CAS 9 -32,3 FPS
so you can see that there isnt much that you can see with the nacked eye
i would recomend a 1866 CAS9 or 1600 CAS8 corsair sticks or any other good ones like the G.SKILL , Intel wont utilize effectively speeds above 1866
or 1600 unlike AMD so i say get those who are cheaper but stick to good brands dont go GEIL MEMORY because they aren't that great as some might say

With 4670K prob won't need to do anything but enable XMP and select profile 1 for up to 2133 - as far as what you need - depends on what you do with your rig, if simply gaming, I'd say 1866, (8GB) if you do multi-tasking (numerous windows/tabs, do any imaging, video, CAD, VMs, etc then gor 2133 or better and maybe even think towards 16GB
