Approximate Purchase Date: e.g.: this week

Budget Range: 1000ish

System Usage from Most to Least Important: A work computer that needs to open .ai files and print them. The computer will not be used to edit/create artwork just open and print it. Email machine!
Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Parts to Upgrade: Need everything

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg mostly

Location: City, State/Region, Country - Monroe, la, us

Parts Preferences: Intel cpu, doesn't really matter elsewhere

Overclocking: no

SLI or Crossfire: no

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Additional Comments: Just need help picking out basic pc parts for this work computer. I have built a few before, but always gaming computers and I tend to go overboard. I just need this pc to do the small task I need it to do and nothing more.

You don't need 1000 to do that! Are you looking for the cheapest possible that will do that?

Yes I know. Doesn't have to be the cheapest possible but the lower the better. With monitor and keyboard/mouse.

I know you said $1000, but this will cost around $500 and perform just as good. I'd actually replace the HDD with an SSD, but that's it. Add the monitor and keyboard/mouse of your choice. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1EDPx
