Is it worth an extra 50 bucks to go from the 2Gb to the 4Gb? Will I see a big difference in gaming?

I run a 27" at 1920 x 1200

Solution
At your resolution, you won't even use up all the 2GB of VRAM. Even in games that have high levels of textures and anti-aliasing. Generally, 4GB cards are for much higher resolution like triple monitors.

I currently have a Radeon HD 5850 1GB on a Q660 platform. My new build is an i5-4670K Haswell with the GTX 760. Is the GTX 760 going to be a substantial upgrade or should I look at a GTX 770?

Hey Clutchc I was wondering if it would make a big difference for a single 2560x1600 monitor?

Yes. At that resolution with its greater number of pixels/texels, 2GB of VRAM is needed for greater textures and higher levels of Anti-Aliasing. It wouldn't even be a waste to go with 4GB, if not for now then for the future.
