Would it be possible for a socket 775 CPU cooler to work on a 1150 Haswell?

I have this cooler in my current box, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835109140 and I was wondering if there might be a way to make it work?

That looks very limited with Intel CPUs and it only fits the LGA 775 so trying to make it fit the LGA 1150 would be almost impossible. You would have to contact Thermalright to see if they make an adaptor to connect to the 1150 socket.

    Thanks, was just curious mostly
  3. Never hurts to ask and it also never hurts to see if by some coincidence the screw holes line up and your able to attach it. I would still contact Thermalright to see what they say about it.
