That's a pretty solid build right there. The only thing I would change is the RAM to 4GB x1 instead of 2 2GB sticks, so then OP can upgrade to 8GB later if desired.

I have a similarly performing build that plays all games on high or higher.

And just a recommendation, not required, but I would go with a Logitech keyboard + mouse combo. They are pretty solid and dont cost much more. Definitely worth the extra.

You really want HDMI. If you do not have HDMI, I suggest you find a different monitor. Unless your LCD TV somehow has a DVI port or something. It wont affect graphics by much, but HDMI is always nice.

As long as the monitor has HDMI, DVI, or Displayport, you will get the best results. (not sure why a t.v would have the other two, but who knows?)

And Deemo had a great catch. I didn't notice that it was only a 2 slotted mobo. 4x1gb would be better if you are considering upgrading in the future. If it's out of the questions you should go with 2x2 for dual channel memory. It won't affect performance much, but its free and helps so why not?

Your build is also solid but it reaches $640 without including peripherals or leave room for tax. If that is within your budget then I would go with the build I proposed and a radeon 7950, and the power supply you chose.
