That's a pretty solid build right there. The only thing I would change is the RAM to 4GB x1 instead of 2 2GB sticks, so then OP can upgrade to 8GB later if desired.

I have a similarly performing build that plays all games on high or higher.

And just a recommendation, not required, but I would go with a Logitech keyboard + mouse combo. They are pretty solid and dont cost much more. Definitely worth the extra.
