I recently bought a gtx 650 ti boost for my old system replacing my 9400gt , but getting seriously low fps in about all games.
getting 17-30 fps in low/mid/high in SR4
and 21-30 ,sometimes 45 in splinter cell blacklist

Is this because of CPU bottleneck ?

My PC specs :
Intel DG31PR mobo
Intel Core2duo E7500 @ 2.93 GHZ
4 GB DDR2 RAM
GTX 650 TI BOOST 2 GB
680 gb HDD
CM extreme power plus 460w PSU
CM Hyper 212 evo heatsink

running on windows 8 64 bit

What drivers are you using? I would probably consider a new Power Supply to be honest

I am having same gpu n 314.49 installed and i am having no issues with performance.........if u think you have issues with that then go for 314.22 which is good as per reviews of GTX 650TiB users...................
