I use this one http://www.msi.com/product/mb/Z87-GD65-GAMING.html#over... one of the best overclocking boards that I have had, I used to have an asus rog board back when sandy bridge first came out. the overclocking features and dependability of this board is amazing, and for only 189 bucks I think atm

Yeah the GD65 is good.
But why are you moving to Intel?
You could save some serious cash by just getting an FX8350. Which is pretty similar in gaming performance to current gen I5(I5s are the mostly the same as I7 for gaming).

Yeah I got it when newegg had that motherboard and cpu deal so I got a pretty good deal on it my i7 and motherboard was only about 479 for both because of the deal, has some features on it that you only see on extreme overclocking boards, and it works with any video card I use evga gtx 770 x2 in sli and evga video cards have been known to lock up other motherboards but no this one

Yea i been thinking alot and made alot of posts about haswell vs fx-8350 and im still not 100% sure if i will go the intel way but im getting some info on what mobo i should use.

And there are so many ppl saying the 8350 is far behind intel while others say its about same the i5 and 8350 so i dont know what to think, i know intel has much better single core peformance, and will give me better fps over the fx-8350 in most games even when it dosent matter once its 60+ but i want to be able to have 60+ in games like bf3 and and so on ultra.

It is really hard to choose between haswell i5/i7 or and fx-8350 i know i would save alot if i got the 8350 since i already have a good amd board but im a little afraid i will regret it later that i dident go intel. i wont buy anything right now but maybe in a month atm im collecting info about what i should do.

How do you like the sli is there enough space on the mobo even if the card takes up 2 pci slots so you can run 2 cards both in x16 lanes even when it will use x8 when sli/cf.

Overall how do you like the bios of it and the usage when you want to overclock and so. anything else you wanna add about the board some pros/cons.

it runs great metro last light I get well over 60fps no micro stutter and they have tons of room between the video cards about 2 fingers worth and then at the bottom there is a huge gap depending on your case from the motherboard to the psu. I just love the motherboard overall the bio's are simple easy to use xmp on this motherboard is great. the audio is really good. when you pick it up from the box for the first time it just feels really solid. the only bad thing about is probably the latch for the ram they do feel somewhat flimsy but as long as you don't force anything they are good enough

So overall you would reccomend this as a good motherboard for the haswell cpu's thats good for sli/cf and overclocking and that you wont regret if you buy one?

I don't regret anything about buying this board, I've had boards that I spent over 400 dollars on before and this is still my most favorite overclocker and performer overall best for the price

While I would always suggest intel for a brand new build, saving a bit on a 8350 makes sense on a very good 990FX board like the one you have. The 8350 can be OCd too on a 990FX board which should close the gap that you MAY be worried about.
