Hello everyone. I have an old pc and I want to repair it for my little brother! Now I have P4 3.2GHz processor but it's gone.. I want to buy a new processor to fit in this socket. I found on ebay some used P4, Celeron D, but I found core 2 duo mobile cpu. In the description of this said that the core 2 duo has 478N socket.
My question is can I fit a mobile cpu on a desktop pc with the same socket?
