Hi everybody, i was planning to change some components of my old pc to bring it back to life, the budget is around 100€. I must change the mobo and i have 2 choices:
1. Keep the AMD athlon 64 6000+ x2 cpu that i have and get a mobo with amd2+ soccket
2. Buy an intel low cost cpu with a mobo + ram
The components i have for now are:
VGA: GT630
PSU: non modular stock 400w
Case: gonna use the old one i guess
HDD: 5400 rpm 340 gb
If i go for option 1 i keep the cpu and the 4 gb kingstone ddr2 old ram and get a new Mobo
For option 2 i was thinking to buy:
CPU: intel pentium G1620
Mobo: GA-H61M-S1
Ram: 4gb ddr3 (the mobo i wanted to get doesn't support the ddr2 ram)
thank you for the help!
