Hi, I need help building a gaming PC. I've decided on most components except the power supply because I cannot decide the wattage of the PSU. I'm looking at the Seasonic M12II 650 Watts at the moment. Please refer to the components I've chosen below and help me to decide whether it is sufficient or whether I need to get the 750 Watts model.

Processor: Intel i5-4670K
Motherboard: MSI 787-GD65 Gaming
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 1600Mhz
Hard Drive: Western Digital 1 TB
Graphics Card: MSI GTX 770 Gaming 4GB
Optical Drive: Asus 24X DVD RW
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 Advanced

Thanks!

Well its simple to work out...
The main components to consider are the CPU and GPU.

Those 2 together have a TDP of 84w (CPU) + 230w (GPU)

Thats under 400W, which leaves A HELL of a lot of headroom for overclocking, harddrives and that sort of thing.
Amperage and quality of a PSU is a lot more important than pure wattage.
:)

Thanks for the quick and simple reply! I've been confused because some people recommended getting at least a 650w PSU and even then I was worried it wasn't enough. I'll take your word on this one then!
