Hello, I do some game recording and recently my Western Digital Caviar Black got bad sectors and is no longer with me
Anyway, Now I have 2 drives left, a piece of crap 1tb external USB drive with a 50-60mbs write speed and my samsung 830 256gb SSD. I record with Dxtory. Recording straight onto my external is horrible as the write speed is not fast resulting in 10fps in the video when I'm playing at 120fps. If I record straight onto the SSD everything is fine as the write speed is good and can keep up with the recording although files can get very large and 10-20 min of footage can nearly fill my SSD as I already have a few things on there and its only 256gb.
Is it possible to write using my SSD, but it actually saves once they have been written on my HDD? And I don't mean manually cut and paste after recording I mean like live.
