After Market Heatsink?

Couple questions here. First of all, I have a i7-3770k processor (don't worry, I do plan on overclocking). I know I should get a better fan (I'm using the stock one right now) but what should I get? Don't worry about price, just give me good brands and models. (Oh yeah, I have a Corsair Obsidian 650D) Second, how do I take off the CPU fan I have right now? I've seen numerous ways but I want to know what you guys think is the most reliable.

Cooler Master 212 EVO is a good reasonably priced & popular choice that should fit the width of your case. I have an i5-3570 @ 4.2GHz and it doesn't even hit 60c on Prime even with very low 750rpm fan speed. Depends on how far you plan to OC though (mild vs extreme, etc).

PS: I've used the CM212 since day one and have never had to remove any stock heatsink personally, but I would have thought it would be something like this:-
