as the title says , will the processor bottleneck the 7790 ? If yes , what card can be paired with the processor ?

I don't recommend that combo, It will work but you won't get all your moneys worth. In my opinion you'd be better off going with a 7770/7750, both are good gpu's and you can play most games on med-high settings (max everything but shadows).
