Yes, the i7 3930K / 3960X / 3970X range (6 cores + HT = 12 threads):-

Yes, there's the i7-3930k 3.2gh 6 core cpu which is ~590$, i7-4930k 3.4gh 6 core cpu which is ~600$ and the i7-4960x 3.6gh which is ~1100$. You can find all these processor's on Newegg.com

Intel's are much, much faster per core. They only need 4 cores to compete with AMD's 8.

And what's the difference 3rd generation and 4 th generation ....are there any intel 4 th generation 4 Core processor that come in my range (15000rs) .........

The best socket 1150 (Haswell) quad core CPU is the i7-4770k if you use programs that can take advantage of hyper threading. For most people including hardcore gamers the best is the i5-4670k.
