is the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231460 compatible with my motherboard ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ ? because this memory is not on the list of compatibility of the asus m5A97 R2.0 MB..
just wanted to make sure before i buy it..

There is no reason why it wouldn't. That motherboard supports the rated speed of 1866MHz, so you should be fine.

They can't test every stick of memory. RAM is pretty much universal.
