Corsair new PSU is RM. That is better than old HX (more silent and so on)
850w http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
750w is enough for sli 780. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Other good PSU are seasonic, rosewill..
For example 1000w only 129,99$
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/rosewill-power-supply-ligh...
850w seasonic. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-ss85...
This is really good PSU. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-x850

SSD you can get cheaper. Sandisk ultra plus is really good and fast.

If you want to save more. Then Id look cheap deals of GTX 680
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-gtx680dc2o...

If you want silent fans look NoiseBlocker PRO 140mm and 120mm Scythe Gentle Typhoon. They are really good.
