I took a service package triple play from a Comcast rep that gave me all the premium channels, the new X1 box free for 1 year, 50 MBPS dl internet with Gateway wireless modem/router combo, and a VoIP totalling 109.99 a month for the 1st year. Very excited all was well until I noticed my internet speeds were still in the 20's according to speedtest, thats for all 7 devices I have running in my home, on wifi or through ethernet. After a long but helpful over the internet customer service tech helped me out I got my promised plus more on both my PC and my Sony Vaio laptop, 53-55 MBPS each. Then I go to check my Iphone 5, as well as my wife's iPhone 4S, and they are both now getting 4-6 MBPS. Dropped 20 MB? The IP address is a little different on the iPhone than the laptop now, and is still connecting with the old password that we changed online. I'm lost but I do a LOT from my phone so does anyone know a way I can fix this? Or what the problem may be? Like I said the iPhone had 22-24 before the call...
