can i replace my intel dual core processor E5400 by intel core i3 2328M processor?
will that work correctly without any problem???

Can you tell me what computer you're using? If it's an OEM from DELL, HP, etc tell me the it's ID because I didn't really find any CPU for the socket type: LGA775 So I'm assuming you're on an integrated CPU.
