Navigation cancelled mesage

I try to log on to a website (any site) and on the top of my browser (Chrome/Internet Explorer-it does this on both browsers) I get a navigation cancelled message and then it will go on and open the site. What causes this and how do I get rid of it please?

Greetings. I checked out your answer but it only told me to update. I don't have any updates available on thius site except for two Bing installs which I don't want. There is nothing that fixes navigation cancelled errors here. I think there must be something wrong when it shows this message ven though it still opens the site I addressed. I just don't know how. In my Folder Options where it shows Processes; How do I know which processes are associated with navigation cancelled messages in my Task Manager?
