Uh, give me the model of your mobo. I can't tell from this photo. It looks like there are two x16 PCI-e ports at the middle bottom(yellow and black) but I want to make sure.

The only compatibility issue you face with GPUs are "does the motherboard have a port for it?" However, looking at your specs, because they are rather weak, your performance with certainly be bottlenecked. I wouldn't recommend getting such a high-performance video card unless you're looking to upgrade your RAM to at least 4Gbs(6 is preferred at probably 1600mhz or higher), your CPU to something like an i5(which will force your motherboard to be changed), and definitely your PSU. The monitor could be better but that's simply a matter of preference.
