When I type my password to log on to my Acer laptop it gives me a message that says The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.

Helping you with this problem would be against forum rules since we have no way of determining it's your computer. I suggest you contact the ACER.

if it wasn't his computer and he typed the wrong password it would say wrong password, not what he is getting
OP, ur user account has been corrupted, do u have another account on the PC? do all of them show this?

If you have a boot CD, then you can probably boot off of that and rename the user folder to <username_old> and then reboot and see if you can log in again. It could very well just be a corrupt profile.

You can also try the Windows Startup Recovery.
