Media Players not using Full Speaker[Laptop] Capacity

I have Asus K53SM series laptop. I noticed that my media players[window media player, vlc etc.] not using full capacity of speakers. There is a maximum limit beyond which the speakers are not being utilized even though they can be. I have given the snap shot. Please Help ..... SnapShot Link

I have already Tried reinstalling Realtek HD Audio Drivers

That is just the current sound level, not how loud the speakers can play. Not all sounds will be playing at 100% volume, otherwise when someone whispers in a movie it will sound the same as shouting, an explosion will sound the same as a bird flying, etc...

It's like saying your car is not working right because when you are going around a corner it's not driving at 150 mph.

There are also sound adjustments in the player not just in Windows, if things don't sound right, you can try those as well.
