Hey guys, I'm hoping to find a PC case that is waterproof, but if that's too hard to find, than at least IP64 compliant to level 4 rating. I'm having a hard time finding such a case though that can be used to put Mirco-ATX components in. I don't want a rack-mount, server-like case, I'm hoping more for a typical desktop style case or one that is designed to be wall-mounted. Do you know of any companies that sell these cases? Any idea where to look?

PC's generate heat. Heat has to be exhausted. Exhausting heat requires ventilation. Therefore you will never have anything approaching a standard desktop case that would even begin to be dustproof, let alone water proof.

The only type of system that would even approach this requirement are custom industrial designs that use the body of the case as a heatsink. By design these are sold with CPU/motherboard included as they must be low power components, and they must be mounted to the case. These are also going to be relatively low performance systems due to the restraints placed on them, and they cost a LOT.

Here's an example.

Hey Evan,
This sounds like it'll be used in a commercial application rather than for personal use if I'm not mistaken. My company specializes in embedded computer systems which unksol linked an example of. We've done a few IP64 based tablets, but I think we may be able to help you. I can get you in touch with one of our sales engineers if you're interested. PM me, thanks!
