Will a single 360mm rad be enough for an 8350 at 5ghz and an OCed 7970?

OK, good case, what pump will you be using, here have a look at this and try for this kind of set up, 360 in the top and 240 in the bottom, that way you have plenty of cooling and can lower those fan speeds.
