I have an old Dell Vostro 200 Pentium duo core with a 300 watt power supply, I think it is a PCI-E. I want to use it as a media computer to download movies and then play through my 3D HDTV via HDMI cable. I am not a gamer the only thing that I want to overclock is my life expectancy.
What are my choices?
