Is Direct x and phys x on consoles?

Is Direct x and phys x on consoles? Because I plan to get batman arkham origins and I saw the trailer for phys x and it look sweet. However I want to get it for consoles and I was just wondering.

DirectX is just the code the game runs on, its not a feature. I think every game on the 360 and PS3 are DX9, not sure if they can do openGL or not.

Physx is balls anyway, but consoles can use it in the same way AMD GPU's can use it on PC, i.e. not the type Nvidia advertises.
