Hi everyone, I'm having a big problem with my video card.

Whenever I play a video on youtube or a game in facebook for example, at some point the screen freezes and then appears a message telling me that the display driver stopped responding and then recovered (I think it's called TDR). Also, when I try to play Tropico 4 with all the graphic settings at maximum, after some time I can see some weird graphics, strange squares all over the floor, and then another TDR.
Sometimes a TDR occurs, others I get a BSOD with the code 0x116.

I tried reinstalling the drivers, used different versions, got rid of any malware, optimized the computer, cleaned the registry, and some other things but none of them seemed to help.
Also I checked for memmory errors, and no one was found,
Before having this problem, I remember I opened the computer to clean every part, and I also changed the video card to another slot cause it was overheating(It was almost at the bottom of the mobo and I put it close to the CPU).

I've been trying to solve this for weeks. I've seen a lot of threads here and on another forums but none of them was helpful, so... is there any solluition for this, or it's time to upgrade my card?

Btw, here are my specs:

MSI K9A2 Platinum v1
AMD Phenom 9550 x4
2x1GB DDR2 OCZ Platinum 800Mhz
2x2GB DDR2 Corsair Xms2 800Mhz
Sapphire HD4850 512MB DDR3 (First version)
WDC WD5000AAKS-22A7B0 (500 GB HDD)
PSU: Satellite SL-8600 EPS (By the time my father bought the computer, he didn't know anything about other PSUs, but he says this PSU is ok)
Windows 7 Ultimate x64

UPDATE: While I was writing this, I got another BSOD, this time the code shown was 0x3B.

Thanks for reading!

Ok, last bump I make to this. Sorry mods for doing this, but I need someone to help me.

Well I think my video card's memory is dying. I've been getting a lot of TDRs and BSODs while trying to watch videos (even with hardware acceleration disabled and after lowering gpu and vram clocks by 100 and 200Mhz), I see some dots and lines while playing Age of Empires 2 (in black areas and in the sea) and also, I played some other games where I saw some strange squares, spikes and some other things listed in this page:

http://www.playtool.com/pages/artifacts/artifacts.html

So now, I've been looking for a new card but I don't know what card to buy.
I thought about a Sapphire HD6850 1GB vapor-x, which in my country (Argentina) it's something around ARs$1600 (US$287). But in some threads in this forum I've seen that people suggest to get an HD7850 (I can get a Sapphire HD7850 OC 2GB for around ARs$1900 or US$330). The thing is that I've also seen that I need at least, a Phenom II to run the HD7850, and I don't want to put too much money in this computer (for me, it's better to build a whole new rig than upgrading this one). Also, I've been searching for a Phenom II here, but I could not find any :S

So what do you guys say? What should I do?
Will my Phenom 9550 X4 bottleneck any of those cards? (Specs are in the first post)

EDIT: Definitely the card is dying. Yesterday I tried to play a video and I got a BSOD (a video with no moving image) then I tried to play the same video, I got the same BSOD as before, and when windows was loading, the light blue loading screen from windows 7 was a little green! and also when the desktop appeared, I saw a yellow screen , and then my desktop image appeared.
Artifacting disappeared when underclocking the VRAM from 993Mhz to 840Mhz. The only thing I see is that when I minimize a game and get back to it, the screen stays black for a couple of seconds before getting an image (happened mostly when trying to play AoE2).
