I have a SeaSonic M12II 750 [Bronze] and I'd like to hear your thoughts. This is how the two 6-pins on my cable looks like when connected to my 7950. Not too pretty, right? Any ideas how I can sleeve them and make it look aesthetically pleasing?

It's a single 8-pin cable that branches out to another 8-pin cable so I was thinking of extending the point where they meet so it doesn't look too bunched up. What do you guys think about this:

Don't attempt it. If you want it sleeved, I would highly recommend you get a qualified technician for such a thing. You REALLY don't want to destroy your PSU cables by attempting it yourself.

Thanks for the follow up, dottorrent. Someone was able to guide me to Lutr0's Double Wire Guide and that's what I'm following ATM. It looks to be OK and I just need a set of "Helping Hands" and I'll be on my way with my solder and stuff.

When I'm done with it, it should look something like this:

Again, thank you for the concern.
