I have no idea what the issue is that im having but my 2tb hard drive is not being picked up and displayed in My Computer. The only hard drive being picked up is my SSD. Any ideas to why this is occuring ? Thanks .

Solution
Is the drive formatted?, go into disk management (click your start button and search "disk management") and it should be somewhere there as unallocated space possibly, right click it and format. This tends to be the issue with new drives not showing up in Windows.

Firstly, make sure it is plugged in and has power. :p Secondly, does the BIOS recognize the drive and its name? Thirdly, has the drive been recognizable by Windows before?
