multiple monitor and tv set up

i use 2 monitor and want to conect to the tv so that i can use it some times to, but whenever i turn it off, my mouse can still go in to the turned off tv, anyway i can d activate it when its turned off, using display fusion to manage monitors

You can reset your computer back to single monitor mode to prevent that, but no, there's no way to set it to "disable" when you turn it off, to my knowledge, without unplugging the monitor from the back of your case/back of your monitor or disabling it in your video controls on your desktop.
