So i've been looking for a good and cheap power supply for a while now. My budget is pretty much $60 (Slightly higher like $65 is fine) and I want a good power supply that can support all my components. Now I don't plan to do crossfire or SLI. My current specs are
1TB HDD
Intel i7 2600 @ 3.40Ghz
Nvidia GT 530
8GB Ram
400 watt PSU

I hope to upgrade my graphics card to something around the Radeon 7970 to GTX 780. So I need a PSU to suffice and I would prefer it to be modular. Do you think this PSU would perform well enough?

This doesn't seem to be a modular power supply. Are there any other alternative power supply that will fit my needs and still be modular? I really prefer modular to reduce clutter and keep the case on the inside nice and tidy.

I can work with semi-modular. What about these 2?
