I can't decide on either one as both seem to be good and I didn't look at other versions as these two are the ones that match my red/black ROG theme I got going with my system. So out of these two which one would you prefer and why. Please list pro's and cons to deciding one over the other that would help me greatly deciding which one would be better for me.

Also quick note I am willing to spend an extra 100-150 dollars more than what the two GPU's I mentioned are worth if the FPS/Overclocking Potential warrants it to something like a EVGA Classified GTX 780 or MSI Lightning GTX 780. If their is a decent benefit now to the near future with going with any of these two over the two I mentioned earlier please state the pro's and cons for going with one of these over the other two/three. Thx.
