Hello, my HD 7950 is getting much less FPS than others and I think that the card may be defective. I have latest display drivers and have a i5 3570k processor and a corsair 600w PSU.
I do not have the BIOS updated and I would like to know if there's anything that I can do to fix or to improve this cards performance. When I look at MSI afterburner my core voltage is just nothing and I can't change it. I'd really like some help. Please and thanks
