System Usage: Watching movies/tvshows, with true-hd, dts,dolby and 3d movies on(XBMC - openelec)

Additional Comments: I would like a low power consumption PC. that could support my future sound upgrades and video upgrade. and I already have in spare xfx 440gt graphic card and cooler master 430w psu, so will use that. and for storage of media I already have nas server so will load xbmc in either, usb or ssd(which ill have to buy if have money left over or maybe later )
And Most Importantly, Why am I Upgrading: my current pc is old but powerful, so I will use it for my other purposes, application development server and all.
what I have been thinking of buying is;

p.s: and I was thinking, should I think about getting into haswell or not ?
